Nicolas and Alina (France):
Nicolas and Alina share a long journey together, one that has been tested by time and distance.
They met in 2015 in Minsk and immediately felt a natural harmony in their duet. Their classes—a fascinating mix of French charm and Eastern discipline—feel more like friendly gatherings, where
everyone laughs, shares their thoughts, listens to the stories of the sensei, falls into silence, and flows into the dance.
Each of them comes from a unique dance background, making their style rich with diverse techniques. Tango, hip-hop, classical and contemporary dance, and later swing and blues—all these different
dance traditions have shaped their understanding of body mechanics, aesthetics, and movement in accordance with each dance’s heritage.
Relying on feeling and self-expression, they skillfully combine their experiences to build their own unique universe with every dance.
Based in Rennes, France, Nicolas and Alina organize numerous events and teach at Dance Addict, a school founded by Nicolas in 2014. They have taught together in their home countries—France and
Belarus—as well as internationally, earning prizes in competitions both individually and as a couple. Their shared passion for travel and exchange continuously inspires them to create new
projects.
